Thirteen on Thursday

1. Maleia drew a picture of our house on fire and how we "evakavated from the front door." She said she drew the baby with a teeny head because he's just a baby.

2. Haley's Art birthday party was a hit! We sculpted, painted, and blasted the pinata in 15 minutes that took hours to make. sigh.

3. The Volcano in Iceland is still wreaking havoc. I am hoping that it doesn't hinder our plans of leaving Europe...

4. Haley wanted Rice Krispie Treats and Jello Jigglers for her birthday dessert to bring to class and most of her classmates have never tasted either one. (She is the only American in her class of 15.) I had two kids ask me to email their moms and give them the recipe. Too bad they don't have Rice Krispies, marshmallows, or Jell-o here. Sorry kiddos.

5. B got me my rain gear for Mother's Day. It's all red and I love them! I have been using them every day this week. I wish I knew how to take a picture into a computer program, make the whole thing black and white, but leave only the reds.

6. I love to sound and smell of rain. It reminds me of my hometown in Colorado. I wish they had cool lightning storms here though. Those were awesome.

7. I think 13 is too much for today. Soooo. you get 6. :)
