Should I be concerned that Dylan can sing the song"Mama Mia" and dances to Barbie and the Mermaid Tale with the two older girls?
But then again his sort of dancing is more moshpit-like, so that makes it easier to handle.
Then I look over and he is pretending to have a food fight while half naked and the girls are complaining that he is ruining their tea party.
Then I look in on him while he is playing quietly in the girls room and he is surrounded by Barbies. I walk in the room and he is using one as a gun and throwing the others while making loud bomb and crashing sounds.
Then I see him outside at the park pushing a stroller, with all his cars in the seat.
Then I see him pick up a pink ball and throw it over the fence.
Thata boy!
Conclusion:
WE NEED MORE BOY TOYS!!!!!!

Your post sounds exactly what I would imagine Danny thinking while observing the various situations! :) But then again, I consider Danny to be a homophobe because he can't hug another man... even a friend or distant relative! Anyway, get Dylan tonka trucks, army men/trucks that sound like machine guns, nerf balls/guns, race car tracks, and those fake snakes/spiders... those are the most "boyish" toys I could think of!! :) Good times! Hope you're feeling better and that baby Chapman is doing well!
ReplyDeleteGoodness, Woman, buy the poor kid a matchbox car!!
ReplyDeleteHAHA! SO do we! Poor Joe Joe loves to dress like a princess, and on a nightly basis it is a struggle to keep him out of his sister's night gowns. Who can blame the kid?? Girl things are flashy and pretty and bright.
ReplyDeleteOn another note, Blake was one of my names for a boy... so I didn't vote for it (HA!) but I love it. Logan is a nephew of mine's name, so that name is totally awesome too. I voted for Lazlo. Timely name? I think so. Can't wait to meet him!!!!!
