Giving them the benefit of the doubt.

We saw some Christmas lights on a house on the way home from shopping tonight and Maleia said:
"Maybe they still have them up because if they took them down the baby might chew on them and then fire will burst out and catch their house on fire. That's why their Christmas lights are still on. What a good idea, huh mom?"

Then tonight we were waiting to talk to my in-laws on Skype to wish my mother-in-law a Happy Birthday and they were running a little late. Haley simply said:
"Maybe they didn't want to make us jealous that they are having a party without us, so they are telling everyone else to hide so we can't see them. "

And on Sunday I asked Dylan how his Nursery class was and he replied:
"Mom. None of the kids talk to me. I think they all speak Hungarian."
Little does he know that they are all way younger than him and they can't talk yet.

This is just a random picture of our favorite ice cream/friend meeting spot in Budapest. This place is called Szamos Marcipan Cukraszda and their homemade ice cream is DIVINE! We miss three of the kids in this picture who have moved to VA. (sniff!)
