No Gas... baby name

Here's another picture of my cute sister Stefany who now has a middle name... Monica!! This is what I was called growing up in Mexico, so this connects me to her even more. Love it. Look at that cute belly! Doesn't she look a little mischievous?

On another issue. Hungary's natural gas is getting to be a big deal. They asked the big companies that run on natural gas to start running on oil instead, well that led to high pollution, so now they have instituted a law that you can only drive every other day. So if it is an even day and you have an even number as the last digit on your license plate, you can drive. The days that are odd you may not drive. Punishable by law with huge fines. . . Great. We have an even number as the last number on our license plate. Crap. So we are screwed when it's the 31st, then it's the first the next day. Good thing Haley takes the bus to school.
***update. We have Diplomatic plates, so this doesn't effect us. phew!

  1. Stefany is a cutie =) When do you get to see her? That is crazy about the driving? What do you do if you have an emergency?

  2. I've been reading about this for the last week, and I remember when this happened last year (or was it the year before that? Or maybe it's just a recurring thing between Russia and Ukraine...), and I seem to always know someone that's caught in a country that is affected by the whole mess--but this is the first time I've heard of the driving restrictions. What a pain.

  3. I can't see the photo and I want to see your new little sis! Is it just my computer or is something wrong? Sorry you don't get to drive as much. Hopefully you have good public transportation there!

  4. I can't see the photo either!

Will and I had been talking about the gas issue with Russia and wondered if it would affect you.
